These Terms and Conditions govern your use of shopluckylittleleaf.com and purchases or service bookings made through Lucky Little Leaf. By using the website, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced on the website.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information.

Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, correct errors, reject orders, or cancel unavailable items. If a paid item cannot be provided, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Plants are living products and naturally vary in size, shape, fullness, color, maturity, variegation and blooming stage. Photographs are representative unless a listing states that the exact plant shown will be received.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, travel and other approved charges are added as shown at checkout or in a service proposal.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is fulfilled or an appointment is confirmed.

Shipping, Delivery and Pickup

Orders are governed by the Shop Policies. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and promptly collecting delivered or pickup orders.

Live-Plant Claims and Returns

Live-plant claims, returns, and order cancellations are governed by the Shop Policies.

Services

The scope, price, timing and materials for plant-care or design services will be described in the listing, booking confirmation or custom proposal.

The customer must disclose relevant information about the plants and property, including known pests, disease, chemical treatments, access restrictions, pets and safety concerns.

Recommendations are based on conditions observed at the time of service. Plant recovery, growth, flowering and long-term health cannot be guaranteed because results depend on environmental conditions and ongoing care outside Lucky Little Leaf's control.

We may stop or refuse work involving unsafe conditions, undisclosed infestations, hazardous materials, unstable furniture, excessive lifting, aggressive animals, harassment or requests outside the agreed scope.

Customer-Provided Property

Customers are responsible for confirming that their pots, shelves, stands, hooks, fixtures and other property are suitable for the intended use. Lucky Little Leaf is not responsible for preexisting defects, ordinary wear or damage caused by unstable or unsuitable customer-provided items.

Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, branding, photographs and other original content belong to Lucky Little Leaf or its licensors and may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information, violate another person's rights, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Disclaimer

Plant-care information is general educational guidance and is not a guarantee of results. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a product listing or policy.

Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled by a court with proper jurisdiction in Richmond County, Georgia, unless applicable law requires another location.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Terms applicable to an order or booking are those published when the transaction was completed.
